After six months of employment and 500 hours of service, AE2S will match 100% of the first 3% of an employee's contribution to our 401(k) plan and 50% of the next 2%, resulting in a maximum match of 4% of a 5% employee contribution. The AE2S Board of Directors may make additional discretionary profit sharing contributions to eligible employees at year end. For the past several years, the contribution has been an additional 4-6% annual investment by the company.
AE2S offers a competitive compensation program. In addition to base salaries, AE2S offers discretionary bonuses based on company profitability and employee leadership, client management, project management, project profitability, sales, commitment to the firm, and chargeability.
AE2S also evaluates cost-of-living differentials and may utilize a stipend for employees living in high cost-of-living geographies.
